Burngreave Community Action Forum (BCAF) exists as a forum for local people and community organisations to work together to influence positive change for Burngreave and its residents. As a community based organisation you can affiliate to BCAF and play a part in determining what happens to Burngreave in the future. Just download the form at the bottom of this page, then return it to us either by email to enquiries@bcaf.org.uk, or to our office at 82 Spital Hill, Sheffield, S4 7LG
Benefits of Affiliation include:
Support – BCAF can provide support to local people and community groups in a variety of ways. If you need to raise an issue with local service providers we can help you find the right person to contact, or even form a Working Group to discuss the best solutions in the long term.
Involvement in BCAF’s regular Quarterly Forum Meetings. Every quarter BCAF invites every resident in Burngreave and all local community organisations and service providers to a public meeting. Affiliation gives you the opportunity to be involved with the planning of these meetings, display your publicity materials, or put on a presentation to the attendees.
Information – Affiliates will get access to BCAF’s Community Directory, and be included on our mailing and circulation lists for selected subjects, such as local events, funding opportunities, jobs and new initiatives. You will also receive regular copies of our quarterly news publication Feedback from the Forum.
Opportunities to shape the future of BCAF and influence issues in Burngreave by taking part in the Quarterly Forum Meetings and/ or our Coordinating Committee. Listing of your organisation’s details on this website, and inclusion in our Community Directory.
